Transfers eggs into trays and onto egg buggies. Walks houses to remove any mortality and egg jams. Cleans and disinfects the egg room weekly. Assumes responsibility for assigning work and meeting schedules within the work group in the absence of the Laborer, Hatchery, Manufacturing
