MMIT position is a 2-year training program designed for individuals with industrial maintenance superintendent/supervisor experience, which focuses on equipping and developing the skills necessary to become a maintenance manager within the company. This program utilizes the Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar Process. Must be willing to travel as needed! ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Master implementing a preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering, plant maintenance staff and equipment suppliers. Collaborate with the maintenance director to train team members on the ongoing enhancement of the Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar and develop materials to clearly convey expectation, procedures and tools. Leverage various software and technologies to improve processes, data capture and spend/reliability analysis.
