Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and perform manual labor while adhering to USDA and Pilgrim's product standards
• Process products following established procedures and quality expectations
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist coworkers by sharing skills and knowledge
• Follow all company policies regarding personnel, quality, safety, and food safety
• Foster a positive work atmosphere through effective communication and teamwork
• Identify and act on safety risks; practice and promote safe work habits across the organization
• Participate in process improvement and proactively solve problems using innovative methodologies
• Adhere to all animal welfare guidelines set by the company
• Perform other duties as assigned
