About the Role:
This is a technical sales leader and business development position for our Dallas Market: Cloud Solutions, AI & Data Governance Practice.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive Go to Market Activities in Dallas for Cloud Solutions, AI & Data Governance Offerings
- Develop Partner Relationships with GTM Partners
- Build offerings, platforms, solutions, and capabilities - to create differentiating position for company in the market.
- Create thought leadership in AI, Analytics and Data Sciences space.
- Engage customers as a thought leader by building and leading an elite pool of architects/specialists/data scientists.
- Oversee Project Delivery to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
- Work with all other practices to drive Analytics led the transformation of offerings as well as the way we deliver our services.
- Manage Presales solutioning sales enablement responsibilities for practice.
- Establish connects with industry stakeholders and manage analyst relationships.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Prior Consulting background required.
- Proven track record of selling and delivering successful data and analytics projects, from inception to completion, in various verticals.
- Strong knowledge and skills in data and analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and collaborate with others.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- 10-20% Travel Required
