North Central Surgical Center Hospital, a Baylor Scott & White Health affiliated hospital, is an award-winning and nationally recognized hospital centrally located in North Dallas. It was founded on the belief that by partnering with physicians, we could build a patient focused surgical facility that would provide care at the highest level. North Central is a fully licensed hospital serving the community since 2005. Our surgical services include orthopedics, spine surgery, total joint replacement, general surgery, urology, gynecology, breast oncology, plastics and reconstructive surgery, pain management, orthopedic hand surgery, and podiatry. In December 2018, we opened the Hospital Outpatient Surgery Department, which added 4 more ORs for a total of 14 ORs. Additionally an Imaging Center and 24 hour Emergency Department is located onsite. North Central is a joint venture hospital with physician ownership. Our partnership with local physicians enables patients to receive customized care from highly skilled, specialized physicians who utilize state of the art technology to achieve superior clinical outcomes
POSITION SUMMARY:
The CEO is responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the Surgical Hospital while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
