Description of Job Duties: --Performs a variety of support functions related to Student Services. --Serves as primary point of contact for students in processing admissions and registration related documents. --Assists in the daily operation of the Financial Aid office by processing financial aid documents, assisting with satisfactory academic progress, work study, and loans. Experience and Other Qualifications Required: --Bachelor's Degree required --Minimum 2 years related experience working with college students or young adults in an academic or career services capacity preferred. --Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required; bilingual person preferred. --Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required. --Ability to foster strong relationships with students and staff.
