Education Preferred:
High School Diploma/GED
Certification Required:
Able to obtain Food Handler's Certification and permit from the City of Mt. Pleasant
Experience Preferred:
1 year restaurant or school Food Service
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read and write required
Knowledge of commercial food service equipment and proper food safety procedures preferred
Mental/Physical Demands:
Work under rigid time schedules; Standing for long periods of time; Able to lift 35 lbs. unassisted and 75 lbs. assisted
