Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative at Tricoci University, you will be the voice of our institution, assisting prospective and current students with inquiries about our programs, services, and admissions processes. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall experience for callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries related to educational programs and services.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding admissions, financial aid, and course offerings.
  • Assist with the scheduling of campus tours and informational sessions for prospective students.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and follow up as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed customer service metrics.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on university programs and policies to provide accurate information to callers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in communication or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with callers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
