Job Duties Include:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures
• Load materials into machines and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy
• Adjust machine settings and offsets to achieve desired dimensions and finishes
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Perform routine machine maintenance to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar precision machining role
• Proficiency in operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machines
• Strong understanding of tooling selection, setup and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles preferred
• Experience with welding, forklift operation and use of hand/power tools is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
