Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Butter Packer Day A Shift position for a local Winnsboro, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Palletize finished product in proper configuration
• Notify machine operators of any packaging issues
• Shrink wrap and label pallets according to requirements
• Keep accurate and legible records of production data
• Monitor metal detector system; react to alarms and report any irregularities
• Conduct routine system checks and log results at designated intervals
• Verify product labeling for accuracy
• Collect product samples as needed
• Enter necessary information into SAP system
• Adhere strictly to all company policies on food safety, quality, GMPs, and safety
• Maintain personal and equipment sanitation standards
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to lift packaged products repeatedly (typically 45-60 lbs)
• Capable of working in physically demanding, fast-paced conditions
• Ability to keep up with multiple packaging lines and follow instructions accurately
