Cement Field Technical Services Manager leads, coordinates, and executes all external tech services activities. This position encompasses customer production audits, product performance assessments, new product development studies, potential product trials, and anything related to customers' technical assessment of our products.
This person will provide expertise in Cement production and Cement Products' raw materials attributes to ensure collaborative and innovative perspectives.
This role will safeguard Cement Products' quantifiable value assessments and demonstrations; critical for customer satisfaction & retention, share growth, and existing customer upselling.
This role will lead training on products; will require active participation in local, global product development initiatives.
Other typical tasks include completion of virtual & in person mill audits, attendance and leadership of all product trials, defining trial protocols, and champion product & service innovations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree-– Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
15 years of Cement Manufacturing Management Experience
Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI's-
Demonstrated Problem-Solving Aptitude
Demonstrated Communication and Negotiating Skills
Proficient in the-utilization-of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree - Business Administration, Technical Field, or Related--
5 years of Cement Product Technical Selling
Essential Functions:
Maintain alignment and leadership between-colleagues-and external contacts-regarding-product values,-projects'-technical objectives-& merits
Plan and evaluate new projects-and product trials with colleagues & customers; coordinate-all strategies-with NA Cement leadership group
Provide leadership perspective on all potential product development-initiatives'-likely field-performance; drive new product performance evaluations
Complete Tech Service assessments with customers: mill audits, triage of problems, related actions
Drive Tech Service offers' innovation, improvement
Internal deliverables and projects coordination, administrative responsibilities
Skills and abilities to provide Technical-Summary reports-and-association/external/internal-presentations--at a high professional caliber are needed

This base pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Annual Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,650 to $203,550. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
