Position Summary: Patient Access Representatives / Registrar registers patients who come into a hospital/clinic for any type of treatment during all shifts, including overnight and on weekends. They primarily report to the Patient Access Supervisor or Manager and work in a team environment alongside clerks and other Patient Access Representatives. Patient Access Representatives use excellent customer service and communication skills to obtain patient data and route patients to the appropriate area.
