Newly Weds Foods - 4125 Farm Road 3417 - Responsibilities: Perform all phases of the mixing operation including knowledge of ingredients, measuring and weighing processes; Make appropriate adjustments of water and yeast relative to temperature and humidity with minimal supervision; Monitor dough quality and identify problems and make necessary adjustments; Assist in training new mixer operators and stay up to date on new work methods and procedures; Assist in other work areas as directed by supervisor
