Creative Solutions in Healthcare - 2003 North Edwards Avenue - Responsibilities: Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing.; Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.; Respond to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to the Physical Therapist.; Implement and modify patients physical therapy plans of care under PT supervision.; Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and modify approaches as clinically appropriate in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
